Discover a unique route in the heart of Geneva harbor with a 1.5 KM swimming loop in Lake Geneva, then a 40 KM cycle ride and finally finishing with a 10 KM run along the lake.

WHY CHOOSE STANDARD?

Challenge yourself on the most "common" triathlon distance in one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. The Olympic distance also allows you to compare yourself with the best athletes on the planet.

RELAY

The Standard is open to teams wishing to participate in relays . Two or three teammates for three events: each with their own specialty(ies)!

The organizers reserve the right to modify the route.

SWIMMING

A brand new start with the Jet d'Eau as a backdrop! All swimming starts are done with a rolling start !

You'll set off on two 750-meter loops, with an Australian-style exit for even more dynamism. Carried along by the electric atmosphere and the encouragement of the crowd, each run promises a unique adrenaline rush!

Swimming time barriers:

Each participant must have finished the swimming course before 9:05 a.m. (i.e. 1 hour 10 minutes).

CYCLING

40KM (330D+)

As in 2024, we offer you a unique 40KM bike route between towns and Geneva countryside . Through the two 20 KM loops , you will be able to measure yourself against the already legendary Rampe de Cologny .

Bicycle time barriers:

Each participant must have finished the bike course before 11 a.m. (i.e. 3 hours 5 minutes of running, and 1 hour 55 minutes of cycling at an average speed of 22 km/h).

RUNNING

After this last transition, it will be time for you to set off on two 5KM loops , between the English Garden and the crystal clear waters of Lake Geneva .

Running time barriers:

Each participant must have finished the running course before 12:20 p.m. (i.e. 4 hours 30 minutes of running, and 1 hour 20 minutes of running at an average speed of 7.5 km/h).
