WHY CHOOSE STANDARD?
Challenge yourself on the most "common" triathlon distance in one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. The Olympic distance also allows you to compare yourself with the best athletes on the planet.
RELAY
The Standard is open to teams wishing to participate in relays . Two or three teammates for three events: each with their own specialty(ies)!
The organizers reserve the right to modify the route.

A course with the Jet d'Eau as a backdrop! All swimming starts are rolling starts !
You'll embark on a 750-meter loop , with an Australian exit for added dynamism. Fueled by the electrifying atmosphere and the cheers of the crowd, each lap promises a unique adrenaline rush!
Swimming time limits:
Each participant must have finished the swimming course before 9:05 am (i.e., 1 hour 10 minutes).
CYCLING
40KM (296m elevation gain)

This year we're offering you a brand new, unique 40km cycling route between towns and cities and the Geneva countryside . Through the two 20 KM loops , you will be able to test yourself on the already legendary Cologny Ramp .
Time barriers for cycling:
Each participant must have finished the cycling course before 10:45 am (i.e. 3h05 of running, and 1h55 of cycling at an average speed of 22km/h).
RUNNING
10KM

After this final transition, it will be time for you to set off on two 5KM loops , between the English Garden and the crystal-clear waters of Lake Geneva .
Time limits for running:
Each participant must have finished the running course before 12:05 (i.e. 4h30 of running, and 1h20 of running at an average speed of 7.5km/h).
