You can resend your registration confirmation email yourself. To do this, click HERE , “My registration” tab and enter the email address you used when you registered as well as your reservation code. Once the page loads, click on the “Resend confirmation email” icon located on the far right.If this still does not work, please contact us by email at info-tri@genevetriathlon.ch with the following information: Last name, first name, date of birth, email address used when registering and an alternative email address to resend your confirmation.

You can find the start wave you have chosen in your runner’s area. This start wave  can be modified, but you will not receive a confirmation email reminding you of the slot you have chosen.  That is why, if you modify it several times, we invite you to go to your runner’s area to easily find this information.

According to the rules you signed up for when you registered: "All commitments are personal, firm and definitive and cannot be refunded or transferred for the following year or to a third party for any reason whatsoever."We offer cancellation insurance upon registration. If you select this option, you can request a refund for your registration through our service provider, AssurConnect. To do this, you will be asked to contact them from your triathlete account and provide proof of your cancellation.

The organization will not allow any transfer of registration!

It is possible to change the race. To do this, send us an email providing the following data: Name, first name, date of birth, registration code and the race in which you wish to participate. Please note: If the new ride is more expensive, you will pay the difference. If the new ride is cheaper, there is no refund.Changes to races are only possible if places are available. During full races, these changes will no longer be possible.
